Crazy lady yells at Rollerbladers, and this is how I think a railfan couldbe treated for taking photos.

PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

Perhaps she was the property owner or a business owner who had their property damaged by the in-line skaters? Those skate boards and roller bladers can really do some damage to concrete and metal railings. Purdue had taken measures to stop that, adding peices to concrete edges to make it near impossible to grind along the them. Ones they hadn't were scuffed up with black marks, concrete damaged, etc.

While she was definitely irate, those skaters do their fair share of property damage over time.

If she broke the rollerblades or their cameras, she's arrested. No matter what. That's Dest.ofproperty. If the rollerbladers were smart. They'd bring her on JudgeJudy and win their $5000 after Judy reads her the RIOT act.

I would counter sue them for 'destruction of property' also, and use their video as evidence against them.
