The DCON has been using the 65 Tonner while the SW-1200 has been down for the last few weeks.
On Monday 8/24, the only outbound car to interchange to CN was a single Gondola from Ferrous, loaded with scrap aluminum.

After getting permission from CN Desk 8 to open up at Milwaukee Jct, they proceeded to East Yard.

Meanwhile, Conrail NY-6 heads onto the Terminal West to pickup 2 loaded Gondolas from Winston Brothers and tanks from Alpha Reisins.

The DCON returns to the cut with 8 Inbound cars from CN. 3 Empty Gons for Ferrous, 4 tanks for EQ, and 1 Covered Hopper for Pepsi?

The 3 empty Gondolas were shoved into Ferrous and 2 of the tanks and the covered hopper were placed in the Lettuce Yard.
The crossing at Ferry St had to be flagged due to the downed crossing protection that was hit by a car.

2 of the Tanks were placed at EQ.

At the end of the day, the #4 was put into the engine cage with the 836.

Agree with AARR - nice job of documenting the DCON. Looking at photo #6, I'm trying to get an idea of how many tracks are left at East Yard - 4 or 5 maybe ?
