Plymouth park proposal - train platform

The Rock community magazine in Plymouth had an article about a milage proposal for parks. One of the proposals is for a park at the former lumber yard on Lilley, just south of Ann Arbor Trail, that includes a train viewing platform. Article link below, item #5 on the 1st drawing.

Sounds like the voters in the city voted on Nov 7th, and declined the park millage, 1368 no votes, 1302 yeses, so no train viewing platform approved for Plymouth.
