The webpage ~Z~ supplied will definitely help for next year. Otherwise, its mainly always taken place the weekend 'after' Mother's Day. Another way to put it is the third full weekend in May.
Not that you have to take my word for it, but to say anyway, next year Mother's Day is Sunday May 12th, which should align Railroad Days to be Thursday May 16th thru Sunday May 19th for 2024. Definitely bookmark that page though.
