CR "Bridge" tower.
Those that have been wanting to get pictures of the tower. Well, to late. Bridge being torn down now.

If I recall, the tower is (I mean was) not super easy to shoot from public property?M.D.Bentley wrote: ↑Wed Nov 04, 2020 9:38 amThose that have been wanting to get pictures of the tower. Well, to late. Bridge being torn down now.

Yes, it was tough to see from Public Property. It was visible with binoculars from the Jefferson Street drawbridge further downstream. You could also drive to the end of Brennan Street north of Jefferson for a quick look, but it was not clear where the public road ended and private property began, never mind that you could easily lose anything smaller than a Ford Ranger in. Pothole on that “road.”
Definitely the best view was from the water. It looked like this!

Here are a few other photos of CR "Bridge" tower. Of solid brick construction, I'm surprised it's coming down. They must have moved all relays and backup on-side controls to a bungalow someplace.
After FN Tower was remoted in Trenton, control moved to a small panel at Bridge for at least a few years.
