No, I think the OP thinks he is hearing crews calling “Roost Tower” when in reality they’re calling Rouge Tower. The words sound similar.
No, RooST doesn't sound anywhere similar to RouGE.

"Rouge" in this case is pronounced "Roo-gh" (softer G). "Roogh" and "Roost" sound pretty similar to me, especially over the radio. Either way, there is nothing on CSX anymore referred to "Roost".

Loud and clear. Perhaps they are just saying it because of Roost Ave where the signals are for trains coming down the Fremont sub.
