No, I think the OP thinks he is hearing crews calling “Roost Tower” when in reality they’re calling Rouge Tower. The words sound similar.

"Rouge" in this case is pronounced "Roo-gh" (softer G). "Roogh" and "Roost" sound pretty similar to me, especially over the radio. Either way, there is nothing on CSX anymore referred to "Roost".
