An eastbound Amtrak train struck the left rear of a car this evening around 6:55 pm at Mayflower Rd. near Niles. The 35 year old driver apparently fled on foot.

Often people like this run home and take a stiff drink. Can anyone prove BAC at the time of the incident if the person is not arrested on the spot?
