GLC 383

Unread post by chapmaja »

GLC 383 has been seen on the road. There was a photo of a dark blue 383 with a small GLC logo on the side running on ONTN yesterday. 383 is one of the former MRL SD-35's, although I'm not sure which one.

Anybody have an idea of when the other 2 will be ready for service? Looks like 383 was in pretty good shape.

GLC 383 has been running regular since September 18th, mostly south of Owosso and only went north for the first time recently. This is the former MRL 705.

383 is on the ballast train north of Clare today. Last I heard it was working around Farwell.

It’s first trip was on an extra north to Ithaca IIRC.

I shot it on ONTN, but if they ran an extra earlier in the day, then that very well could've been the first run.
