New Michigan Shore Business

Unread post by SD80MAC »

Tri State Lumber has acquired (built?) a facility in Fremont and will be receiving lumber by rail. The first boxcars for them went north on Z627 from Holland this morning. Not sure if they will be receiving centerbeams or not. Sounds like there are some other things in the works as well that should be keeping the MS busy.

Good to know you guys will have more business. Good luck with Tri-State, they can be a very demanding company in my experience.

Good news! I thought the Fremont branch was a goner until recently hearing the elevator got some hoppers.

I thought it would be a goner too. Actually was hoping. That would be a great bike trail.
