Might result in a few extra carloads coming in just because of the quantity of raw materials needed. I don't think a second line making the gowns would be a game changers, but it wouldn't urt business either.

PP receives about 10 cars per month last I heard
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...
