I was told NS got the same FRA treatment in Wayne or Jackson a couple weeks ago that had them scrambling for power. Some kind of big push by the Feds, or is it just a normal kind of cycle?

The FRA did show up at Barr and brought yard operations to almost a standstill after they were done bad-ordering equipment. Said equipment is now either fixed or being fixed. Barr Yard is not (and really could not) going anywhere.
