Metra Electric Bi-Levels

Hey all,
I work for the Boone & Scenic Valley RR in Iowa, and we have some old Metra ex-IC bi-levels. We've found the horns just fine, but we're looking for the bell. Does anybody know if these units even have bells, and if so where are they? Are they old physical bells or E-bells? Any and all info would be GREATLY appreciated!

IIRC, the museum in Mendota, Illinois also has a pair of the ex-IC bilevels, as does Hoosier Valley in North Judson, Indiana. If you don't have any luck here, you might be able to find out what their units have/had.

AFAIK the Bi-Level Electrics have a brass bell located somewhere along the base of the frame of the car. I am confident that when I visited Chicago last, there were bells ringing on approach to the platforms.

I have technical drawings (from Metra) for those cars, when I get home from work I'll take a look over them & see if I can't find the bell.
