Is CSX doing some kind of track work between Indy and Muncie? Daytime train counts have been almost nil.

It's been that way for a few years now. I've hung out twice in the last two years at Muncie, from early/mid morning, until late in the afternoon, and saw almost entirely NS action. Seems like early afternoon can be hot for NS there.
