Fatal Train Vs. Pedestrian, New Carlisle. 1 dead.

A contractor for Gavlilon was hit and killed by a train today. The accident occurred just off Walnut Rd. in New Carlisle, IN.
Workers tried to warn the man, but he seemed to be distracted by paperwork or a phone.
