Just add train ...
I managed to catch one train in Wabash last year as it came off of the Marion Line and went west on the Huntington District toward Peru.
(I was hoping to catch the train coming under the bridge but he took the diverging route.)
It would be nice to fill in the "Big Four Cut" with a southbound train.
There is also a nice photo vantage point north of the NS shops (public road) where a northbound could be captured crossing the curved river bridge. Just add train.
Are there any daylight movements south through Wabash on the Marion Line?Wabash
Re: Wabash
During the summer months, one of the Elkhart Marion trains can be seen in the early morning.
Otherwise it's a crapshoot with the extra movements.
I need to find someone to host an ATCS server in Wabash, there is a crapload of ATCS there that could be covered. It's one of the largest holes in the server network.

Re: Wabash
You mean the Elkhart Marion Muncie trains........ atleast fr now,lol and those seem to flirt with light so far at Wabash.

https://flic.kr/p/e9xhn8 northbounds can still be tough, and leaves ruin the view of bridge in summer.
Re: Wabash
Yeah I guess they changed from an Elkhart to Marion pair, to an Elkhart to Muncie pair that stops at Marion to do work.
I guess that means no more interesting power for the Marion to Indianapolis turn. The power from Elkhart used to make a turn to Indy before going back.

Re: Wabash
They still drop power at marion for that, like 8105 last week.
