New Fostoria industry

Anyone know what is going in on the old C&O, just south of the tower in Fostoria? It is on the northbound,or number 1 track, appears to be 2 short tracks,on the east side of the mainline.

I believe the company who bought the old atlas plant a few years ago is now utilizing rail shipments...Nox manufactures flooring products
