Buckeye yard

Whats the latest at buckeye yard in Columbus. I’ve heard ns has sold it and it is getting ready to be developed. Is this true? Ns only used it for storage since the hump was closed and there’s really been no activity except for csx van yard. Are there any locals or employees still working out of buckeye at this time?
