Brian was talking of an R647 lined east to south at Deshler this morning. I know the "R" suffix means re-route, so it's a re-route from Q647. My question is, where is this re-routing from, and why?

It turned out to be Q200 that was lined to Lima in the morning, but an R647 did run this evening.

this new Q200 that runs to Lima intrigues me. when did it stop running straight east?

Q200 has been taking empty auto racks south, apparently for storage.

Another R647 is running this evening (Friday, June 5th), CSX 110 is the leader.

R647-04 arrived Waycross Rice Yard this am
R647-05 is in Alabama
R647-06 is between Cinci and Louisville
R647-07 is just into Lima
Nothing showing for tomorrow yet

As a note Q200 is not all storage...there are both loads and empties on the train out of Blue Island
