"3-C" Passenger train route starting to take shape

No surprises really, Generally speaking, CSX (Conrail) from Cleveland to Columbus, and NS (Conrail) from Columbus to Cincinnati. It is causing a little heartburn in that it is reccomended that Cincinnati Union Terminal not be used due to freight traffic conjestion.

I wanna be able to ride a train from Toledo to Cleveland via Columbus! hmmm... perhaps a circle trip Toledo-Columbus-Cleveland-Toledo...
