Where's Fostorias' Rail Park

Can anyone tell me the status of the Fostoria Rail Park. I've been hearing about this park for like 7 years. When you go to Fostoria, all you see is a sign saying "Future home of fostoria rail park".

Was their today, and nothing is happening. Only hting on site is a port-a-john,

That port-a-john wasn't there two weeks ago when I was there so maybe they are starting something.

Porta-a-john, has been there on and off for a while. I remember it there in Jan/Feb.

From what i hear Fostoria's resident blowhard Ellen hasn't been showing her face around the tracks with her mind blowing and long winded agenda. Somehow the money for the park went to other "uses"

Recently this past weekend or the following one B&O railroad historical society showed up in town and the event was put on by none other than Ellen Gatrell. So i assume she's still lurking around stalking railfans.

She was in Durand, MI for the model rr flea market with a booth for the rail park.
