Well, well, well, we have another Southbound. Southbound 508?, by Linden at 2:33pm with 2 CNs and 40 cars of mixed freight. If this is not an early or late 508, maybe it’s an extra like a 356 or something.

Some sort of black engine trailing at 14:08 on the Charlotte webcam. GEVO leading and CN 2040 trailing. This engine is all black and might be an EX-CEFX? Wonder what it is

507 with a more respectable train went past MP 22.5 at 7:30 pm at a respectable rate of speed.

Clear signal for a westbound at Trowbridge at 8:21pm.

M301 by Trowbridge at 8:38 with CN 3051 and CN 3837 up front. Large cut of brand new richardson (WFRX reporting mark) covered hoppers about half way in, could still smeel the paint drying!

21:35 - On M1 headed east was a manifest led by 5484. I'm told this is L500.

My oh my, Amtrak 353 is running today. Winter must be over though there is an ice storm here right now. Passed MP 22.5 at 8:56 am, right on time.

What is the current local power in Pontiac? Is "Blue" GTW GP38-2 #4906 still based here? If so, what train(s) and what times would it be operating? That engine appears not to go on train 515 anymore! I will be in Pontiac tomorrow (Sunday 1-21)!

OK, I did go to Pontiac Sunday! There wasn't time for trains, visited friends! Now, I did view Pontiac Yard! Yes "Blue" GTW GP38-2 #4906 still based here and CN SD60 #5447! Well, what trains does GTW 4906 work? I am hoping it will come back to train 515 soon!!!!!

NB 515 with 5447 and eight cars, mostly covered hoppers, just passed MP 22.5 at 2 pm.

Amtrak 350 out of Chicago: "As of 9:57 am CT, Train 350 is currently operating approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes late due to further delays due to mechanical issues." IYIYIYIYI.

And 352 out of Chicago has the red flag "Service Disruption, stay tuned."

They followed EB P364 back to Flint after P364 departed Durand

Great couple hours in Durand last night that I was able to catch:

22:33 - EB L500 with CN 5484 solo shoves into Durand Yard using the Port Huron Wye
23:23 - EB l500 with CN 5484 departs Durand using the PH Wye - they did not have any EB racks tonight so no shoving back to their train. They held at E Durand for some WBs
23:45 - WB A491 with CNx2 and only 24 cars thru Durand on M2
00:05 - WB R944 with CN 8002 solo takes the High Wye from the Flint Sub to the Holly Sub
00:30 - WB M397 with CN 3250/CN and mid DPU CN 3202 thru Durand on M2
00:37 - R944 shoves back into Durand Yard from the Holly Sub - they came west from Flint after A491 and used the High Wye - CN 8002 solo
01:20 - EB R944 departs Durand using the PH Wye and heads back to Flint
02:11 - EB Z148 with CN 2347/CN 5749 thru Durand on M2
