Very long westbound just went through Durand, saw it on the cams. It had 5 locomotives, autoracks at the front, hoppers in the middle and tankers on the back. Anyone know that symbol?

NB 515 went past MP 22.5 at 12:05 pm with a lot of tanks and three loaded gondolas of scrap from DCON.

High green on Main 1 at MP 22.2 (Opdyke Road) popped up at 12:35 on my walk and I presume it is 251 getting on the Holly at Milwaukee Junction.

Just passed MP 22.5 at 1:33 pm. A lot of mixed freight in the middle between the large cuts of autoracks. Tanks, short and long covered hoppers, coiled steel flats and gondolas, empty centerbeams and some boxcars.

Train 508 passed MP 22.5 at 6:10 pm. No containers today. Beat 507 out back for the first time in awhile.

Yeah 507 departed about 2 hours late due to other trains coming into Flat Rock Yard.

SB 515 with 5423 just passed MP 22.5 at 7:48 am with a good sized train including two boxcars for Chrysler, three empty gondolas for DCON, some tank cars and a fair number of loaded centerbeams this morning.

Past MP 22.5 at 2:10 pm. First time I have seen a unit empty sand train, the cars mostly come back in blocks on other trains like 251. Let's call it Train 757 and hope they continue to run over the underused Holly Sub. The single unit was working hard pulling those 110 cars up the Hill, empty or not.

OK, here is an "Update" for CN E9AU #102! Looks like it is going to Monticello Rwy. Museum! When it was in Elkhart heading west at 5:19 AM 10-26, "Heritage Units" guy ApproachSlowRO mentioned: "102s heading to the Monticello RR Museum for restoration!" Well that is great! I have not been there since May 2001! I want to again! Now, I hope it will be restored to BN "Commuter" Green/White! There are not enough of those anywhere! 102 was last spotted yesterday on H.U. bysmalltown61864, Oct. 26 at Philio, IL, 6:08 p.m. on NS 19K! I don't see anything about the other CN E9AU, #103!!!!

OK, "Green" CN E9AR #102 is now in Elkhart, Indiana!!!! Why would this be? It is not going on CN train 394 as mentioned by LansingRailfan Friday, October 20!! Did the NKP 765 group or NYC Museum in Elkhart get this? Yes a new "Update" on "Heritage Units!!!!" This guy, NashRailfanYT, posted at 3:08 p.m. Sunday 10-22, "power shove" and destination "Elkhart Locomotive Power House!" He also mentioned "I nearly had a stroke, it was just on the CN earlier!" Now I hope these E-units will be used to power trains again!!!! What will the future be for these "Classic" ex BN commuter engines?

CN L51591, Homewood to Kirk Yard, had IC 1001/CN 4775/CN 102 (E9AU) today. CN 102 has been sold or donated along with CN 103.

A move to Kirk and we should most likely see CN 102 on tomorrows M394
