OK, "Green" CN E9AR #102 is now in Elkhart, Indiana!!!!    Why would this be? It is not going on CN train 394 as mentioned by LansingRailfan Friday, October 20!! Did the NKP 765 group or NYC Museum in Elkhart get this? :?: Yes a new "Update" on "Heritage Units!!!!" This guy, NashRailfanYT, posted at 3:08 p.m. Sunday 10-22, "power shove" and destination "Elkhart Locomotive Power House!" He also mentioned "I nearly had a stroke, it was just on the CN earlier!" Now I hope these E-units will be used to power trains again!!!! What will the future be for these "Classic" ex BN commuter engines? 😲 😲 🤔 🤔 🥺 🥺 😳 😳 😩 😖 😱 😱 🥶 😥 😥

CN L51591, Homewood to Kirk Yard, had IC 1001/CN 4775/CN 102 (E9AU) today. CN 102 has been sold or donated along with CN 103.

A move to Kirk and we should most likely see CN 102 on tomorrows M394

CN 2302 and BCOL 4641 (CN paint) are switching the yard in Durand. Not sure which direction their train will be going once leaving town.

It has left the yard and is preparing to depart town westbound. There is another westbound somewhere around Swartz Creek that’s also lined through on the other main.

First westbound left town and passed the depot at 10:25pm.

Second westbound, a long potash train, passed at 10:35pm. Power was a CN and ex Citirail up front, and a CN DPU on the end. Didn’t get the numbers for all three.

First one should be L501. Potash train should be B731.

Also another local is lined out of Flint onto the High Wye. Not lined south of Pitt so it's probably another local going to work the Durand yard.

5423 is rolling NB past MP 22.5 with 4805 and Train 515 in tow. The GP38 must have stalled on the Hill with a longer train and 5423 came out of Pontiac to rescue it. Time 5:53 pm.

Oops. NB 515 must have been on Main 1 and Amtrak 355 has been delayed leaving Pontiac now for a half hour until it passes. "Freight train interference" says its website. Who came up with the idea of Amtrak just using Main 1 again? No wonder CP got KCS.

Train 507 is now rolling past MP 22.5 at 6:04 pm and Amtrak 355 is passing it as I write this.
