Hubbard Street crossing being replaced due to an issue with the sub-grade (sinking track structure), however the extreme slow order you witnessed was also due to a leveling issue with the North Mount power switch, and the super elevation of the Grove Park curve. Church St. and Elizabeth are also scheduled for replacement in coming months, so plenty of slow orders on tap for Mount Clemens. Looks like the tie and resurfacing program for Fraser to Tappan is put off until next year.

When calling MP 225, the conductor of 3260 noted a 25mph speed restriction thru the Trowbridge/Cedar area. This train held at Potterville M2 for a short local which passed MP 205 at 01:19 with 72 axles. 3260 passed MP 205 at 01:42 and 3184 passed MP 205 at 01:58.
