NS 7670 solo LHF leading W1M, an extra 31M, out of Sterling Yard with 23 cars. Possible loaded racks with F150 grabbed on accident and taken to Sterling Yard earlier.

[Dowagiac Train Dude]

An NS Grain Train came through Dowagiac heading to Cargill in Decatur around 3pm today. One of the two “Power” units is the Lehigh Valley heritage unit. Here is a picture of it right after it pulled onto the Cargill spur.

EB NS B25 departed Jackson at 11:12 AM and followed Amtrak 353. They then held at Chelsea for Amtrak 350.

B25 with NS 3329/NS 5272/NS 6137 and 18 cars departed Chelsea for Wayne at 11:53

NS bought 44 KCS dash 9s for rebuild. These were ex-BNSF, ex-GECX ones still in BNSF paint. This is the first 20. They are all headed to Altoona for rebuild.
