D802-10 @ 9:22pm eastward reported by the DD mp CG44.2 with 536 axles & 7,092 ft. BNSF engines #6149 + #6337 & 128 loaded coal cars & CSXT engines #586 + #989. This was N801-08 tied down on Apr 9th in Grand Jct Siding mp CG53.9

Amtrak P370-10 @ 9:54:54pm eastward Bangor's Division St crossing mp CG60.93 with IDTX engine #4623 & 3 SuperLiner cars (4 passengers off at the station mp CG60.5)

D802-10 @ 9:43pm had issues with the Saugatuck Hill mp CG32.5 & is backing his loaded coal train @ 10:28pm with the engineer on board the rear pusher CSXT #989 to try the hill again.

D706-10 @ 9:48pm was at the west end of Fox mp CH143.3 with CSXT engines #591 + #3004. He hasn't received his EC1 yet & wondering if he's being held for D705-10?

D705-10 @ 10:20pm westward called out an Approach Slow signal at mp CH118 - he is going into Lake Odessa Siding mp CH120.4 to clear up for D706-10.

D706-10 @ 10:28pm eastward reported by the DD mp CH126.3 with 440 axles. CSXT engines #591 + #3004 & 107 cars.

D705-10 @ 10:42pm westward, siding to main, Lake Odessa mp CH121.7

Amtrak P370-10 @ 11:05pm was asked by Dispatch if they could back their train, if necessary, & go into the east end of Wells Siding mp CG41.4 to allow D802-10 to back their loaded coal train up further to make a 2nd attempt to get over the Saugatuck Hill. D802-10's Engineer is also saying the "Trip Optimizer" had performed a function due to wheel slippage & they tried to counter it but couldn't in time & this is also being attributed to, along with the wet rails, to their stalling out.

D706-10 @ 11:12pm eastward reported by DD mp CH104.3 with 440 axles & 6,671 ft. CSXT engines #591 + #3004 & 107 cars.

Amtrak P370-10 @ 11:28pm was instructed by Dispatch to take the signal at the east end of Wells Siding mp CG41.4 then to back his train into Wells Siding. The plan now is to have D802-10 back his train by Wells, with the engineer operating the train from the rear pusher CSXT #989, to let Amtrak P370-10 resume his trip.

D802-10 @ 12:10am shoving westward reported an Approach Signal at the east end of Wells mp CG41.4 with BNSF engines #6149 + #6337 & 128 loaded coal cars & CSXT engines #586 + #989. Once his train clears the east end of Wells, Amtrak P370-10 will move out of Wells.

Amtrak P370-10 @ 12:16am eastward has a Medium Clear east end of Wells, siding to main. IDTX engine #4623 & 3 SuperLiner cars (and a bunch of unhappy passengers).

D802-10 @ 12:25am got the ok from Dispatch to attempt Saugatuck Hill again, Engineer is saying the rain has stopped for a while & they should be able to make it over.

D802-10 between 04:59am/05:29am released their EC1 authority on the Fremont sub-div mp CGC34.5 They ended up cutting their train to get it over the Saugatuck Hill with BNSF engines #6149 + #6337 & 128 loaded coal cars & rear dpu's CSXT engines #586 + #989.

Q327-11 @ 06:32am called out a Medium Clear signal at Grandville mp CG6. CSX engines #930 + #380 & 92 cars (26 loaded + 66 empty). He has no scheduled work for Holland but was told he might be called to pick up something.
