At 9am there was an empty coal train parked at West Olive just short of the 152nd Ave crossing, sans crew. I suppose at some point this morning it will be departing. BNSF units 6237 & 8424.

Hearing D70512 was west through the west end of South Lyon at 4:23pm, and now at east end Brighton as of 4:50pm.

BL2-1843 Says: By Howell at 6:36pm with 146 cars, its usual assigned power and DPU after the 72 car. Taking the main line today at a high rate of speed because GLC was here on Monday afternoon to clear off the main and put 65 fresh cars into the Howell pass so D901 can do its usual Brighton-Ann Pere work later tonight. Have no idea what took D705 so long to get from Brighton to Howell as I have not had the scanner on all day. (Saving it for tonight)
