D700-30 has just finished their work at Menasha in Coloma and is now headed west of out Coloma for Sawyer. Sounds like CSXT 6394 leading.

I just hoped on here for a brief moment. I see that D705 passed through this morning very early. I had heard something about D708 was coming back to SL today. Anyone know anything about that?

d708 works M-F from Lansing to Howell, working industries in Webberville, Fowlerville and Howell and interchanging with GLC at Ann Pere. It is rare that they go to South Lyon or even Brighton unless they need to use a siding to move around their train or go to Peaker Services in Brighton. The move you saw the other day with them taking all of the empty well cars to Plymouth was a rare move.

Yes they are Micah. The huge mess that was left yesterday in Howell has only gotten larger today with not much hope of completing it. 708 just left Fowlerville with the 46 cars they picked up at Webberville and more at Rhytec west of Fowlerville. They will stop in Howell and pick up eight cars off the east of the Howell pass that were parked east of Lucy Road, part of the 35 left yesterday, go to Brighton and pick up the 9 GLC cars they left there yesterday, go to South Lyon and set some off at the east end, go to Plymouth and set off 53 of their cars there and return back west. How much further west they can get beyond South Lyon remains to be seen but it still won't clear the mess up left in Howell. There are still Lansing cars parked in the Ogihara run around. Will let you know when they leave Brighton Micah.

Edit: By me in Howell at 16:24 with 75 cars. There are Ann Pere scrap tie loads on the head end which are probably the cars going to be set off at South Lyon. The eight cars being picked up may go behind the Ann Pere cars as part of the bunch going to Plymouth. A long string of non Ann Pere tank cars on the rear plus grain cars from Webberville. This means they will have 92 cars arriving at South Lyon.
