And yes, D708 finally picked up the 82 cars on Friday that had been there since Tuesday, as well as the 20 cars in the Ogihara run around and went back to Lansing with 102 cars.
Amusing. A daily local with 102 cars.

And they left 25 cars behind that were in the transfer track. GLC took those, added 51 others on Saturday morning, for a 76 total and put those in the Howell siding for Mondays, D708, or perhaps Tuesday. Currently nothing in the transfer but by the time 708 gets back to town it could have 25 or more cars in it.

We'll probably be seeing D705-25 sometime today. Q326 was talking to Rouge Tower around 1pm about yarding his train & power and had asked if there was anything expected to be coming in & Rouge had replied D705 was doubling up his train there in Detroit as they were speaking. D706/D906 ended up in Detroit over due yesterday (Saturday) which is D705's usual running day. Aside from being off schedule, D705 would run today so that its power would be available for the Monday D706 run. I have no idea at this time (3:15pm) what progress D705 has made.

That’s not possible because there would be a green signal in South Lyon which there is not

Salem is just east of South Lyon. You learn something new everyday. D705 by Howell at 16:28. 3329+595 up front with 180 cars. DPU 751 was behind the 87th car. First 53 cars were stone loads that SW reported coming north yesterday and turning east towards Detroit with the same amount of cars in a unit train. 705 had two separate sections of fly ash cars. Probably the same sets I saw on yesterdays 706 that went east by mistake and they are bringing them back,

Stone Cars yesterday came up on Q215 ahead of auto racks that were set off in New Boston.
Today’s Q50925 Southbound had 3280 543 2652.
