CSX Train Location Updates, September 2020

D70519 by Howell at 10:15 with its usual 150ish car train. 155 today with 30 CSX grain cars on the head end. Same power as yesterdays D706 which was completely turned around as CSX 3300 was leading again. LOTS of Lansing work to do when they get there. First time 705 has been by after daylight. New call times (with yesterday's 706 being late too), or just a coincidence?

D705 set off those grain cars in Ensel. They are phosphate cars destined for Webberville.

K862-12 on Sept. 12th had gone by Bangor mp CG60.72 having 79 phosphate cars. Did they split up the delivery of those 79 cars?

No. That train is still in Webberville.

These are different cars. CSX cars, not MOCX.

D802 @ 7:21pm westward reported from mp CG30 with CSX engines #3065 + #817 and it sounds like he's bringing an empty coal train to go into Wells siding mp CG41.4. Heard him telling their taxi cab to meet them at the west end of Grand Junction mp CG 55.6 since they're not cutting this train. After dropping off the empty coal train they'll become the DPU's for N800-18 that had tied down in Grand Junction early this morning.
D802 @ 7:45pm called out his signal for diverging into Wells siding.
D802 @ 8:10pm westward reported by the DD mp CG44.2 with 12 axles & 130 feet long. CSX engines #3065 + #817 lite headed to the west end of Grand Junction siding. Main to siding at 8:28pm

D802 @ 10:06pm has his signal, siding to main, east end of Grand Junction mp CG53.9 with BNSF engines #6220 +1 & 130 loaded coal cars & CSX pusher engines #817 + #3065. This was N800-18 that had tied down inside Grand Junction early this morning.
D802 @ 10:34pm eastward reported by the DD mp CG44.2 with 544 axles & 7,205 feet long.

This was N800 with BNSF engines #8753 + #8575. He never indicated what his date i.d. was & had gone into Grand Junction siding mp CG55. to tie down (from the scanner archives).
