Looking at ATCS, D705 is currently lined up as far as the west end of Elmdale. Guessing they are somewhere between Ensel and Lake Odessa.

Of the 145 cars on D705 this morning, 62 of them came out of Detroit. By Howell at 03:45. Same power that was reported by SD80MAC. Nice to see something different on D705 beside what went east on D706, let alone four units. GLC was at Ann Pere for nearly five hours late Friday afternoon and early evening with GLC units 397+399+390. They picked up the 75 cars sitting on the main delivered by D708 on Wednesday and 20 more in the transfer that D708 left on Thursday. When finished, they left 93 more for D708 pick up on Monday. 46 tanks, 25 tie car loads, 17 three bay covered hoppers, 3 coke loads and one lumber empty. 76 of the cars are on the siding between Dearborn Street and Lucy Rd., 8 more east if Lucy and 9 more in the transfer.

Been listening to the St Joe scanner & a couple of boats tied up the scanner with several minutes of chit chat. I thought I had heard BNSF #6063 reporting, don't know if the train has gone by the DD at mp CG91.9 due to the scanner being tied up.

K862-12 @ 1:14:10pm eastward Bangor mp CG60.72 with BNSF #5053 + CP #7048 + CSX #833 & 79 CH cars.

CSX sent up a unit train of stone hoppers to Rougemere from Toledo this morning - looks like the same cars that go to Lansing/GR. CSXT 135 was the leader. Those will fill up Detroit nicely until the next 705 can take them.

Prior trains have needed Helpers or DPU to climb Saugatuck, so I assume that is still true now. Even with 3 headend units, if that makes them good in HP/ton, they still need something to get trailing unaided tonnage below 10,000 per system special instructions.
