GDLK headed over to Otsego at about 14:30 with 6-ish boxcars, and triple power: 4209, 4124, and 4206. Delivering a loco to GR, or heavy train? First time I can recall seeing 3 locomotives on this section. Not sure what the consist is that will be headed north.

Apparently GR 2104 died in Ada yesterday. MQT will be sending down MMRR 2057 (the old GR 3839) to rescue it and work the GRE while 2104 goes to Manistee for repairs.

Saw it Monday on my way home from an event. Looked like it was on the Amway spur coupled to 2 CHs. Anyone know how long the repairs will take?

Around 13:30, Grand Elk 303 was switching at the paper mill in Otsego with 4225 and 4209. The rest of their train (17 cars) was left in Plainwell. They should be northbound again by now.

This morning West Michigan 1512 and 1416 pulled 11 cars from the CSX interchange for spotting.

Although not a train, Coopersville & Marne has a contractor tamping from Coopersville east. That is the straightest track I have seen out there ever, except for the approach to Aurthur St.
