329 usually picks up at ensel yard in Lansing. That and 328 feed the locals 707/708. Specifically 708 interchanges with great lakes in Howell so some days its considerable

CSX 740 was the trailing unit behind 906 when it went by Howell at 08:55 this morning with 93 cars and 30 stone and rip rap loads on the head end. 123 cars out of Lansing should have been right because D708 took quite a bunch back to Lansing with them from Howell yesterday. Late Edit: Q32825 went east at 06:14 with CSX 5114+81 with 73 cars.

Speaking of, D708 came right to Howell from Lansing yesterday with no Fowlerville stop which did does not happen often. After switching Ogihara, they took CN 8858 to South Lyon to set off at Peaker, Also in their consist was two railbox box cars. Unusual as well in these parts, but they took them back to Lansing with them as well indicating they went to Grand Ledge before heading east. Fridays D708 has just pulled into the siding in Fowlerville at 13:25
