CSX Train Location Updates - September 2019

Q327 has had a tough run so far. Something went amiss in Zeeland causing them to leave half their train blocking up town, while the front half proceeded to Holland to set off one car on the RIP track. Broken knuckle? They backed their train into Waverly from the west end and are also setting off 28 cars here. Then back to their train? They have CSXT 402 as the leader. Meanwhile, D801 was in the vicinity and has entered Waverly Yard from the east end and may assist. They have CSXT 3367 and 563.

Welded Rail Train left Benton Harbor around 8:35 pm and is now headed for Kirk.

By Howell at 15:45 on their way to South Lyon and Peaker on the way back. Been years since Peaker has had four locomotives in at the same time to work on. They have at least 40 cars to pick up from GLC on their way back to Lansing for Q329 tomorrow.

I wouldn't have seen the second unit on Q326 either Tom if I didn't stop the camera at just the right spot from the depot cam.

D801 is headed to Grand Junction siding mp CG 53.9 with CSX engine #878 & one additional engine. Assuming the 2nd engine is CSX #3040 that was paired with #878 on today's Q329.
Q327 appears to have the engines from today's Q326 the CSX #5476 + #708 & is going into Waverly/Holland mp CG23 with 95 cars at 19:22
Q327 at Bangor mp CG60.7 @ 21:37:12 with CSX engines #5476 + #708 & 84 cars. He had dropped off 11 cars in Holland tonight.

P370 currently at Michigan City. Running about an hour late due to a bad ordered car at Chicago. The train pulled into the station for boarding but then had to go back to the yard to swap out the bad car.
