Looks like D700 was west by Bangor at 12pm, csxt 4032 long hood forward with 4 empty hi top gons for Hartford. Ran back lite engine east at 12:53pm.

D708 west by Howell at 17:45 after picking up an empty bare table train from the Brighton passing siding that I had no idea was there, how long it had been there, or who sat it off there. For now, they are going to put it in the Trowbridge passing siding but who knows where it will wind up at.

Michigan Shore MMRR 2019 with 8 hoppers, 6 (maybe 7) tank cars south at Riley St. Holland 9:34 AM.

CSXT 3054, 449 light power south at Riley St. Holland 10:18 AM. Heading back north with 9 tankers, 8 hoppers 11:14 AM.

Earlier Q329 by at 09:25 with CSXT 3322 and 961 with 93 cars including a lot of stone.

I spotted D700 this morning (around 9) switching the WMI interchange in Hartford.
Departing Hartford (headed south) the train consisted of SD40-3 #4032, 5 steel coil cars, 5 tank cars, 4 gondolas, and 2 boxcars.

The steel coil cars are bound for Arlington Metals, the tank cars came from WMI, and the boxcars I assume are going to Menasha Paper.
However, who were the gondolas for?

NB grain empties just cleared Middle River. A CSX unit + CP unit + 90 cars. Too far away to see the engine numbers.

Gons and boxes were probably Holland pick ups. They will sometimes pick up going westbound. Unless they were MOW gons and Manasha boxes, but Manasha doesn’t do much by rail anymore.

So yeah, those shorter height gons are from Padnos in Holland.

Had no internet service here since late Thursday until just now. 329 got reported without me yesterday and today. Todays train with the power reported had 69 cars and did not pick up the 13 cars Fridays D708 left for them because they were already maxed out tonnage wise. Friday, Q32821 was by Howell at 05:54 with CSX single unit 3027 and 75 cars. Todays Q32822 had CSX 5261+5231 with 158 cars. The last 40 were stone empties..

The bare table train D708 picked up at Brighton and moved to the Trowbridge pass on Thursday had been in Brighton for nearly three weeks I was told
