I found the gondola. It's sitting behind Beacon Scrap just like you thought and is already loaded.
I wonder if they went to Grawn again to use the run around. If so I'm glad to see some traffic on that branch, helps to keep it alive.

Seems like Beacon is loading about one a week for the last 2-3 weeks or so

Would anyone happen to know if GLC will be running on the 4th? I'm looking to get a little shortline action in tomorrow morning.

GDLK is operating too. I'm surprised the short lines are operating on Independence Day.

392, 396, and 390 ran from Owosso to Osmer lite, then returned with a grain train w/ a little manifest on the head end. Left at 8am, returned at 3pm.

Thank you for checking it out! It is indeed nice to see that the Grawn Line is getting used as often as the Williamsburg Branch! Now we can see a two-car train versus a one-car train!

Heard them move from Selma Yard to North Yard shortly before 0900. Expecting northbound out of Cadillac this morning.

Only heard them. I'm guessing they went to Elmira and Petoskey with the late return time.

If you don't mind me asking, what's their morning routine when heading to Clare or TC? Do they run lite from North Yard down to Selma Yard where they collect/build their train? That's pretty much how they do it in Owosso.

I'm looking to document the Cadillac to Clare run this summer, and, if I get real lucky, the TC run.

Thank you for any insight/knowledge you can share!
