Somebody OS'ed it: BCOL 4603 and CN 2558!

I know next to nothing about locomotives, except that DCON has two in their "bullpen" that look different than most I see. (I'm very much an amateur railfan. )

Is the BCOL 4603 unusual in some way?

Train 950 with 4619 SB past MP 22.5 at around 10:00 am.

Train 515 with 4929 SB past MP 22.5 at around 11:00 am.

Train 950 returned to Pontiac past MP 22.5 around 1 pm.

Train 451 with five locomotives (2466, 2605, 2193, 5328 (an SD40 in newer paint), 2244 and 8826) NB slowly going past MP 22.5 at 5 pm.

Train 515 returning to Pontiac past MP 22.5 at 6:10 pm.

It's a cowl unit in original paint, one of my personal favorites.
