More of a sighting than an update, saw a NS MOW train parked over in Dearborn at the Townline Jct./Advance Departure Yard. Historically where the RBBB Circus Train usually parks, when near to Detroit.

Unknown NS train (Possible B33?) CURRENTLY AT Gearhart in Kalamazoo. NS 9739, 3231, and 8361 leading, holding position at the east end of Gearhart Yard lead, right next to the road. All three started but train's cut off at the Gearhart switch and there's no one in the cab. Probably not going anywhere for awhile.

Do they still interchange with the South Shore at Michigan City? I remember, back in the day, seeing Conrail coal trains headed up the AML with coal loads for NIPSCO in Michigan City.
Going west lite through Three Oaks may indicate that they brought grain cars to Decatur. (I said "may", so I am not sure...I could very well be wrong.)

I don't believe that any coal comes up the AML anymore, all comes from off the CSS. (As far as I know.)

Yeah, I believe they took those 316 axles of cars (79 cars) off at either Decatur or Lawton and then came back to Burns Harbor west with their 16 axles of engines.
