A variety of power seen around the Battle Creek yard this morning: CN 2332 5509 2636 2432 5466 2717 2126 2614, GTW 4900 4610 4907 4916, IC 9573, CSX 299, UP 8335, BNSF 5724 7864 7216.

I photographed northbound train 384 through Clinton Twp. (15 Mile) around 7:42 p.m. It had 6 locomotives and was led by CN C44-9W #2681! There also were 3 "Cowl" engines mixed in (both SD60F and C40-8Ms). It had 162 cars!!!!

533, CN 5632, is working Moterm.
950, GTW 4915, is working Metro in Highland Park.

A westbound freight thru Battle Creek a short time ago had a CN leader, a r/w/b BCOL second, and a yellow switcher marked RT 110.

532, CN 5632 is at East Yard heading north. They are follow the CN 8907; 144, 384 or 382.

Seems like the running is now 532 will gather their cars at Moterm around 8-9pm and leave for Port Huron. Returning as 533, they will leave Port Huron around 7am for Moterm, arriving around 10am. The engine for this train is kept at Moterm all day.

NS 8114 leading M341 to Fond du Lac this afternoon. Should be near the IL-WI state line now.

524, CN Painted 4900 went north by Mt Clemens with one boxcar around 3.30.

E/b thru Battle Creek, mixed freight with a whole bunch of 2 bay CH's, mostly GATX/DSIX marks, and interesting power...CN 2405 led a blue? ex-HCLX unit with spray painted marks as NS 3558, and NS 6676.

W/b autorack with BNSF 4601 met the tail end of that e/b one at the old GTW depot, leaving unhappy motorist sitting thru 2 trains at Main St. :D

116 was by Royal Oak at 2:10am with NS 9452 and CN 8816.

391 was by Moterm at 12:16am with CN 2632 and 5448.
