Has stop signal at Cedar to wait on 394 (CN trio #8896 + #3942 + mid dpu #8864) plus another probably. 394 had to stop close to there likely on single track because one way or another they're lacking EOT device until one is brought to them

15:10 - M394 came to a stop just shy of East Lansing Station and blocking an upcoming CSX L303 from being able to continue. Kind of ironic that it was having an EOT issue and blocking CSX whom doesn't have one.

E251 west appeared on mp205 cam at 17:00:53. CN duo #2995(?) + #3855 + GTW #5815. Crossed Fort St. around 09:01. #2995 trailed Q116 yesterday thus leaving to the belief it leading

Also on Fort St. cam at 15:17, 2 CN led an 8-car mixed manifest. Possibly 507?
