L303 east clear CH84.43 East Lansing at 15:08 per friend on scene. CSX duo #3170 + #862. 42 cars/180 axles. 7 box cars + 4 empty center beams the 11 picked up from Lansing, then the 31 empty crushed stone hoppers.

Stoneco has yards in Lansing and Grand Rapids. That's probably where the crushed stone is going.

M327-27 @ 15:40 getting their bulletin activated for their PTC & will be proceeding westward from mp CG49.13 with CSX engine #3219 & 24 cars (15 loads + 9 empties) @ 2,155 tons & 1,432 feet long. Dispatcher advising M327 he hasn't received the ok to let M327 proceed. Got the ok at 15:31

M326-27 @ 15:53 moving eastward into Gross Siding mp CG63.1 to be re-crewed at 60th Street mp CG62.18

M327-27 @ 09:12 reported an open coupler found on the 8th car after hitting a rough spot on the track, no repairs were needed & proceeding westward.
What is Y351? I have not heard or seen that before. Is it new?

L302-27 by Howell at 18:03 with around 75 cars. 519 + 831 on the head end. Another good group of stone loads within the first 50 cars with a three car gap in between two groups. A couple of noisy wheeled tank cars followed around the 55th car.

You are correct. StoneCo in GR has been receiving huge loads from L302 and 2-3 days later they come back as empties. I caught the empty version this morning on L303. Same process on L303 2 days ago, had 30 empties in consist

This was my 1st time hearing the Y351-26 i.d. He was working inside of Grand Rapids to help sort & move several cars that had the GR Terminal congested & was heard several times communicating with the Dispatcher using this i.d.

R597-27 @ 21:32 eastward reported by the DD mp CG44.2 with 544 axles. CSX engines #3289 + #3209 & BNSF engine #8563 & & 130 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #6403. This was C801-26 that had tied down in Grand Jct mp CG54 on 4/26. He is headed to the power plant in West Olive, Mi. Later, he will return with the CSX power for the C800-27 that had tied down inside Wells Siding mp CG41.5

R597-27 @ 22:09 eastward Holland, Mi Depot mp CG25.3 with CSX engines #3289 + #3209 & BNSF engine #8563 & 130 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #6403. In about ½ mile he’ll diverge onto the west end of the Wye & onto the Fremont sub-division. Note: confirmed the CSX engines were leading.

L302-27 @ 22:11 westward reported from Madison mp CH149.7 with CSX engines #519 + #831 & 58 cars.

Amtrak P370-27 @ 22:15 eastward reported by the Defect Detector mp CG44.2 in Pearl, Mi with 16 axles.

Y351 is a extra third shift yard job that was called to move all the cars from the odd yard to the even yard so they can work on the odd yard.

L303-28 @ 11:14 in Grand Rapids, Mi calling Rouge Tower to start building their train with CSX engines #831 + #519.
