Racks get set out in Pontiac quite a bit these days. 450 brings in loaded auto racks that are headed for Lang. 401 picks them up and takes them to Lang. 116 will also set out empty racks for 450 to take to Flat Rock and viceversa.

Also, Trailer Train has a repair facility north of Pontiac in Waterford that gets both flat cars and vehicle racks. If you want to see a maze of tracks squeezed into a cramped site check it out on Google Satellite. I don't know how they move 90' cars in there.
