Y121-02 @ 08:17 westward Pass Track to Main Track, Holland, Mi Depot mp CG25.3 with CSX engine #2686 & 5 cars (1 empty Hopper + 3 empty Gons + 1 Tank car). He’ll go to the Holland Depot signal & then back eastward to go westward into the Dock Track mp CG25.

^ this CSX grain train along with a handful of others off of LSRC and the one from Grand Ledge last week have been going to the southwest via BNSF (Cicero, IL).

Locations have included:
Summerfield, TX
Plainview, TX
Joel, TX
Etter, TX
Clovis, NM

There's some decent drought conditions that seems to be driving a need for Michigan feed corn.

a return train, BNSF X-ETTCSX2 was thru Galesburg, IL at 15:38 central (Naperville, IL at 19:56) yesterday with CSX 4745 leading and CSX 966 as rear DPU. This train is returning from Gavillon in Etter, TX and is supposedly billed for one of the elevators in MI.

Train came into Wixom as G70612 in March.

R597-01 @ 09:35 modified their EC1 to depart the power plant in West Olive, Mi mp CGP 1.0 & diverge onto the Fremont sub-div & head south to the Grand Rapids sub-div in Holland, Mi with CSX engines #796 + #741 & sounds to be a lite power move to Grand Jct siding mp CG54 & tie down.

Heads up, something to watch out for.

From a source of mine we got a W085 coming to Grand Rapids with UP 8483 leading, it’s a Herzog Ballast train. It’s Down on the St Louis Line right now. Not sure exactly what route it'll take but I’m sure it will come up via Barr.

M327-03 @ 05:53 had Job Briefing with RN Dispatcher in Grand Rapids, MI: CSX #4771 + CSX #743 DPU with 156 cars (90 loads and 66 empties) @ 12,858 tons and 9,053(?) ft long. He’s starting to build their train and will inform the dispatcher when they will depart. Crew was on duty at 04:30. (engineer fired off a string of numbers that I couldn’t keep up typing)
