R597-XX @ 8:00 heard building their empty coal train at West Olive. BNSF #6282 leading + 130? empty coal cars + rear BNSF #6242 + CSX #3468? + CSX #7005? DPU engines.

L302-22 @ 8:15 WB reported at mp 105. DD 104.3 axle report was cut, unknown amount of cars. CSX #526 + CSX #3076? + xx cars

Amtrak P371-23 westbound canceled due to weather conditions.

Y106-23 @ 9:22 am heard they were going to work at Old 17 Track then depart east towards Fox mp 141 to work; CSX #6544 + CSX #2008? + ? cars

Y197-23 @ 9:23 am heard they are going to work in Wyoming Yard and will switch to the main track after Y106-23 departs.

@ 08:55 M327-23 westbound has not yet passed through Zeeland Michigan to the best of my knowledge.

M327-23 @ 10:03 am had their Job Briefing with RN Dispatcher in Grand Rapids, MI: CSX #5265 + CSX #358 with ?? cars ( ? loads and ? empties), ?? tons and is ?? feet long. They are starting to build their train at this time from two tracks. Rest of the transmission was in static and quite amazing that dispatcher heard all the info.

This has happened a couple of times to me already where I do not get a complete briefing, similar to Tom as well. He also didn't hear every single piece of info while the dispatcher heard all. , questioning the dispatcher side of the radio transmissions

The dispatcher isn't receiving the same signal that the online scanner is receiving.

They are air tested and ready to depart from Plaster Creek. He has setoffs in Lansing and straight shot to Detroit. They had copied their EC1 at mp CG2.0 @ 1:14pm for WAS East End Lake Odessa and EAS Ensel.

The Dispatcher is talking from and receiving to a tower at the east end of the yard at Plaster Creek. The online scanner is hearing that tower and the locomotive radio from a tower in Moline.

Dispatcher probably heard it like the crew was sitting at their desk.
