The WB you saw is a B731 which is all empty potash from New Brunswick and/or Toronto. B730, loaded, comes from SK, but stays in Canada to its destination(s) to ease their traffic, so we on the Flint sub only ever get the empties.
As for the billion hoppers, that's about two loaded trains worth of empties all going back, thus the size and the usual power distribution. Sometimes no dpu, sometimes mid and no end. Tends to vary, and usually fun to listen on radio for the axle count usually just over 800.

As for that B731, friend on scene reported it stopped not far EE of Trowbridge diamonds. He's waiting out one EB and then another which is 20mi+ away, but not set to stop earlier, and likely have him stopped where they do so that not all major roads are blocked. Given the B731 is just empties, not a priority to get 'em back.
The two EBs its waiting for are M396, 2 CN mixed manifest, and then Q116, 2 CN racks then stacks. Q116 appeared on mp205 cam at 13:33

At 13:40, both M396 and B731 are by EL Amtrak/bus station doing crew changes, per friend on scene
Where was train 533 at this time? I have never heard of this many there at once!!!!!
