I caught 502 at Airport Rd. at 5:07 PM. CN 1031 and CN 5414. Both were in CN paint but wondering if the lead engine might be an IC unit?(1031) It got by me too quick to get much more than numbers.

Yes, 1031 is IC in CN paint.

I didn't realize a new December thread for CN was created when I posted earlier today...

I'm less than 20 miles from the line and am starting to try to become a little more familiar with CN in Michigan. I'm starting to pay attention a little more to the CN updates now. I was thinking that this was a pretty active group of posters and a pretty active line for a monthly thread. What about a weekly or a daily thread for CN updates?

I prefer it this way easier to see what power is on the line. And know what and where Switcher Units are

391 good to head north from Pontiac at 9:17 PM. CN 2624 and BCOL 4626.

391 cleared the detector at 9:46 PM. 380 axels.

502 is good to depart south from Pontiac at 9;37 PM, IC 1031 and CN 5414.

Train 116 is about to head around the Chicago wye and head south on the Holly sub. at 10:50 PM. CN 3046 leading.

391 and 116 met there at CP Clara 391 is approaching Bancroft at 10:56 PM

116 is good to head south out of Pontiac at 12:57 AM. 113 loads, 7 empty, 7940 feet.

Had a southbound train roll passed the detector MP 34.2. at 5:50 am 90 axels. Possibly a late 514?

GTW 5936 is still in Pontiac and it's running, but I don't think anyone was in it.

Power was a repainted SD40-2W. Any idea what time it'll go back north?

The weekend local (Train 950?) just went SB past MP 22.5 at 8:40 am. Missed the power.

Regrettably, I have no idea. I am just guessing at this being 514.

If that was 514? Then it would be my guess, that it already has gone back north.
