16:58 - WB by MP 225 on M2, 3003 and 3317 leading a manifest.
17:17 - another WB on M2, missed the head end, saw one gondola among all racks.
18:03 - EB on M2 with 3055 and 3957 leading a manifest.

L508 will have a zebra striped SD40-2W leader tonight. Was getting ready to blast off out of Flint as of 20 minutes ago.

507 drifting past MP 22.5 at 7:47 pm.

Two trains on a long bike ride today! First I got northbound train 382 in Roseville about 12:30 p.m. at the 13 Mile crossing, Roseville! It had just two regular CN "Evolution" GEs, 162 cars! After a party at my old work in Warren, 11 Mile, I saw a green for a southbound! After more than two hours I finally caught 385!!!! Great CN ET44AC #3115 "BC Rail Heritage" & CN ES44AC #2981 with 104 cars, cleared Martin Road, Roseville, at 5:05 p.m. WOW!!!! My first time photographing CN 3115 (BCOL HU)!!!! Now I have photographed all five CN RR "Heritage Units!" It was in good sunlight down here!!!! But David Collins, there was no GP38-2W! That was probably dropped off in Sarnia, ON! OK, this power will probably "Wye" in Flat Rock before heading north on the next 384! Then 3115 will lead again!!!!!

15:40 - WB X491 with CN 3229/CN 40 is in Potterville tied down. Crew must have expired due to the work block between Walton and Potterville.

LansingRailfan! Would you happen to know approx. what day this "Via Siemens" set will make it east to Port Huron area? Maybe I can make it or friend Roger photograph for me with my 35mm Canon®! They seem to come quick with not much time to plan!!!! Yes, I also missed the Maine Eastern® guy!

A Saturday SB 515 with IC 9607 and a few boxcars passed MP 22.5 around 8 am.

I am not able to catch Q-122 with Illinois Central® "Operation Lifesaver®" SD40-3 #6250 leading! Does anyone know if this train will be held up at Port Huron or elsewhere for westbound trains? If so, my friend (Roger) can capture this train with my lent 35mm film camera! I am guessing it is too late though! Did it go in the tunnel yet (around 9:18 a.m.)? Spotted on "Heritage Units" (by gay-trainenthusiast) in Imlay City at 7:58 a.m. Please help!

If anyone is local and wants to see the BC Rail HU, it’s tooling around Flat Rock yard. I just saw it on the south side shuttling around a cut of cars.
