CSX GRE MQT Train Location Update 11-29-08

Grain train headed north on the Saginaw Sub this morning: G022-28 cleared 9 Mile in Novi just after 8:30 with CSX 5331 in the lead. According to the Bullsheet that train goes from Columbus, OH to Saginaw.

Q335-29 clear Breton road at 9:37 a.m. with CSX 7889 and 8114 elephant style.

Grain is running full tilt right now and here is a few to watch for.....

G864-28 from Flint by Newark at 1219 heading for Rocky Mount, NC

G855-27 arrived Handley, WV at 1127 heading for Flint

G855-29 planned to run tomorrow

What train was CSXT 597 and 161 on today? My Dad caught them on a coal train crossing Holmes Rd just east of MA heading westbound.

Q33430 cleared west end Fox at 2:52 p.m. CSX 480 and CSX 5441 leading roughly 86 cars of mixed freight, which looked predominately from Marquette. Lots of DOW hoppers and lime from Martin Marietta.

That was N914-22 eastern coal for W Olive with 103 hoppers
@ 1500 Q327-29 CSX 610,8710 35 cars ( with 21 coal hoppers for MSU)
