Per a post on Facebook: “ GW 2057 lettered for Mid-Michigan RR Currently sitting in CSX'S Wyoming yard in Grand Rapids mi . Is heading to the RCPE for a complete rebuild, "should " depart G.R for Chicago on tomorrow's M327.”

L302-04 @ 16:31 ready to depart Detroit with CSX engines #5448 + #586(?) leading & head westward. His job briefing was broken up & lots of static - it had sounded like he said he has No work for Lansing & will be a straight shot into Grand Rapids.

18:00 - L302-04 thru EE Brighton. They have 4548 and 7258 on the head end. I counted 53 cars but this doesn't work with the ..26 axles heard from Green Oak. 54 cars is equally off. Was surprised to hear "4548" on the radio, I'm happy we're seeing a lot of SD70's.

L302-04 had 224 axles over the DD at Fowlerville indicating 53 cars. 7258 was also on G804-12, paired with 5366 at that time on Jan. 14th and returned east on G803-17.

Sounds like L302 bypassed setting off cars due to mechanical issues with the switch at Ensel to get into the yard. They had 6 cars for Lansing but did in fact bring them to GR.

R597-05 @ 04:41 copied their EC1 to depart the power plant in West Olive, Mi mp CGP 1.0 & diverge onto the Fremont sub-div & head south to the Grand Rapids sub-div in Holland, Mi with BNSF engine #9258 & 130 empty coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #5943. He’ll take Grand Jct siding mp CG54 & tie down.

M327-05 @ 05:12 Grand Rapids, Mi job briefing with the RN Dispatcher was all static, couldn't even hear what engines he has today. ** From calls heard while he's building his train, it appears he has CSX engines #4548 + #7258 from last night's L302-04. He might also have CSX engine #8095 in tow.
