NB 515 went by about an hour earlier.

Amtrak 350 arrived at Pontiac about an hour late.

A short train just went SB past MP 22.5 at 6:19 pm. May have been a 513 but I thought I saw a covered hopper in it, which would be unusual for the South Holly Local. So maybe a short 508 and a bit early tonight.

SB 513 with a few tank cars just passed MP 22.5, making the train a few minutes ago 508.

19:50 - EB Z148 with CN 5663/CN 5791 thru Mishawaka, IN

23:00 - WB E271 21 with CN 5707 solo and stacks and racks thru Mishawaka, IN. - this train ran straight thru from Montreal with everything for Markham. There was an E271 61 as well out of BC for Markham - mostly empty racks on it as well.

They’ve been running a lot of empty racks back west recently. Almost no car plants are producing right now and CN is filled with empty racks system wide. There’s been several E27161s out of BC that have run directly to Salem/UP instead of Markham. this train tonight will go to Markham

19:50 - EB Z148 with CN 5663/CN 5791 thru Mishawaka, IN

23:00 - EB Z148 and desk ten talking back and forth. 148 has a bad unit that has to be set out. They are bringing water to the engine. MP 194.32 is where they are currently.

23:12 - Charlotte Fire Department has been dispatched to Five Points Highway. Z148 will pull up over the highway and the pumper truck will fill them up. Desk Ten also suggested that they stop in Lansing and take the yard engine for additional power.

23:00 - EB Q122 with CN 8923/CN 8960 thru MP 105 of the south bend subdivision

22:58 - Westbound manifest approaching East Lansing with 3676? leading (was a 100th Anniversary unit) with 3866 mid train.
00:51 - Z148 thru Trowbridge with 5663 and 5791 leading intermodal and racks.
01:23 - L500? with 8007 thru Trowbridge, manifest with racks mixed in. All trains were on M2. Told L501 was passing Durand at this time.

Train 251 just flew past MP 22.5 at 10:34 am. Record time (1.5 hours) from Fort Street report. Very short train again, hardly any autoracks. Two hy-cubes, one may have have been a DT&I one, just caught a glance at it and am not sure.

14:30 - WB E251 by the Charlotte cam. They made a pickup in Lansing today at Cory Yard. some of the Anderson's Corn oil cars from the JAIL, some asphalt cars from WATCO's terminal off of Creyts Road and some autoracks filled with Traverses.
